Property was fine, the set up inside was nice with a stove and pans to use. My only complaint is the people above us, obviously on drugs, made a ton of noise all day and all night literally non stop stomping around. Then in the middle of the night they had a visitor banging on their door. Beds were terrible.

The Best for kids and Clam Diggers.
This is the cleanest, friendliest, and most comfortable place to stay in Long Beach. The open layout of the rooms with easy to clean floors are great for kids to have room to play. Multiple sinks in clam cleaning-laundry room is perfect for folks digging razor clams or washing wet beach clothes. Prices are very low for the value of the amenities and level of service. We’ve stayed at all of the hotels in LB over the years from expensive boutiques to little mom and pop places. This is the best.
