The Hotel is excellent in a great location which allows easy access to the City centre on foot over the Peace Bridge. The room was absolutely fantastic with lovely fittings and furnishings with a really comfortable huge bed. Fabulous views of the Bridge and across to the City. The Corner House Bar was beautiful serving excellent food and drinks. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this Hotel for a really enjoyable relaxing stay.

Excellent overnight.

Overnight stay in city for birthday. Hotel was excellent from before arrival in terms of arranging thermal spa access. On arrival we were greeted bet exceptionally friendly reception and Porter staff. Provided an umbrella for the walk across the bridge into the city. Spa was small but really good as access was managed. The evening was rounded off with cocktails in the drawing room with piano player. Breakfast excellent. Two minor things: Loud music from party in neighbouring brewery (stopped at a reasonable time) No fridge in room. Have booked to return.
