Living Rooms - accommodation in London

Very friendly staff, a young man helped to store our bags as we were very early for check in. He was there in our return and dealt with us in a very welcoming manner. Check in was easy , all the staff were helpful and polite. We had booked a twin room but on arrival it was configured as a double. With in minutes this was rectified by friendly staff. We had gone to a concert in the evening but had not tea bags left or milk. We requested more and before we had chance to take off our coats in the room , a member of staff brought plentiful supply of all provision. The staff could not have been more helpful. We loved our room and the large bathroom , it was clean , comfortable and I will definitely return without hesitation

Charged £25 at reception, said it would be refunded on check out but still hasn’t been refunds back!

Staff was great, room service was great. Management of the service at the Piano bar left much to be desired on a busy night; however outside of that experience no complaints. Excellent service, i will return.
