spoilt dream
we travelled to Gili Air expecting having a fab time, the hotel was a big disappointment over rated, breakfast good, restaurant menu food awful cold and raw in some DO NOT EAT THERE, , hotel/restaurant toilets a disgrace I’ve seen better public wc’s, sunbeds have no mattresses hard as a rock you can’t get comfortable, no hot water or fridges in the standard rooms and sleeping is up a ladder not suitable for children or mature guests wc’s on ground floor. 3 times a day you will get disturbed by pray music the best one is at 430am !!! last approx an hour each time, wifi useless, cats everywhere even in restaurant, you are only allowed 1 towel per day for beach or pool. It’s sounds like I’m moaning but I have cause too. In your rooms there is NO tv or telephone (so if there’s an emergency you have to shout for help or run to reception for help reception is not 24 hour and no room service if you wanted it, night life none not even a bit of background music would have been nice, we knew this was a chill place to go but not dead as a dodo very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Great staff
Staff were superb, always willing to help. Nice and close to the beach (on it apart from the small road separating the dining areas). Snorkelling was amazing. I run at a hot temperature so struggled a bit, our room was room 12 it had a few large cracks in doors etc with let insects in which ate me up a bit. But overall I would recommend this place.
Enjoy the umbrellas and sun loungers for a relaxing day at the beach. After a day at the beach, enjoy amenities at Sunrise Gili Air like an outdoor pool and a children's pool. There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. This beach hotel also offers a garden and a terrace.
