Great hotel, staff were lovely at check in. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted and in a great location close to everything you could possibly need. Shops, bars, restaurants and a wetherspoons. The room can get quite warm and there was no air conditioning. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, this won’t be for you as it is close to nightlife with guests coming and going all night (we knew before booking and was fine with that) overall very happy and great value for money. Would stay here again if visiting Liverpool

Everything was lovely with this hotel, had everything we needed. This hotel bed is the comfiest I have ever stayed in, room is lovely and clean. Service is brilliant the staff are lovely and helpful.

When arriving just after three we were told our room wasn’t ready and we would have wait which was fine, when we eventually got into the room after half an hour the room had a terrible smell and the carpet was soaking wet, also during the night the shower dripped all night highly disappointed considering how much we paid
