The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything we needed! It was not ADA compliant. We requested a luggage cart- and couldn’t even take it to our room, as the elevator was 3 stairs up from the ground floors The rooms had limited light. The WiFi was terrible. Beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly - although seemed to have limited knowledge of general information. Would stay there again after construction is completed.

The rooms aren't made up unless you request it. The policy was never communicated nor was there signage in the room about it. Even after I requested our room to be made up by 3pm the next day, it wasn't done until I called the front desk at 4 pm. I can hear the tv and people talking normally from the other room which disrupt my sleep. I personally observed the servers filling pitchers with water from the restrooms accross the ballroom before a birthday function. The employees are not customer friendly at all.

Staff really nice in the front. Given an occupied room at one of my stays before. Had to stand in line for a bit.. only one receptionist at the time. Stayed a handful of times, every single room had an issue with the toilet not flushing. Towels are very rough and don’t look fresh. Loud construction, no heads up.
