Family member and I stayed one night at the hotel. We arrive a little late but the staff were very friendly. The room smell musty and moisture was present. We initially discovered what appeared be mold on the lamp shades. The room seemed to be clean. There was a little damaged spots in the wall over the a/c bit defining. I did have trouble sleeping maybe because of the smell or bed. In the morning, we discovered the ceiling had mold stain like this room had water flooded. I’m glad I was only staying one night because I would have requested a room change. I did report the issue to staff on check out. Just check the rooms.

The only issue with the property was the bathroom. Crevices need to be cleaned and it was very hard to get the shower door open and closed. Tissues in the bathroom would be a good idea.

Everything was great. The hotel was clean, the property was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I only have 4 complaints. First, when we arrived at our room with our bags we discovered the room was not clean, it was filthy from the previous occupant. How hard is it to know which rooms are clean and which ones are not? Second, when we went to check-out at 9pm, because we like to travel at night, we were told we couldn't check-out until morning. Well, my response was "that's too bad because we are leaving." The counter attendant was very quick and helpful to remedy the problem and told us she would check us out in the morning and email us the receipt. That was great. Now, for $500 I would expect not to have these issues. Third, when checking in hotel staff informed me I couldn't get the military discount because I booked through Expedia. On the web site it said I had to check with the hotel upon check-in. Again, I was told I didn't qualify because I booked through Expedia. And 4th, I was informed I could get a better rate by booking directly with the hotel. What a let down by Expedia. I am very disappointed about my booking experience with Expedia. Again, for the amount I paid I expected better.

OK but needs updates

Had to ask for another room due to mold in the bathroom being painted over. My new room had no issues and was very clean. These issues should be addressed instead of covered up, especially when dealing with black mold.

10/10 Experience!! The property has been maintained well and the rooms are clean and spacious. Beds were super high and comfy! Clean hallways! Good breakfast and complimentary water and coffee in the lobby! Check was easy! I cannot say enough good things about this experience at the hotel.
