The staff was absolutely the nicest and most helpful I've ever dealt with and I've been to oner 200 hotels. Coty, eva, Nicole, Matty and the manager were just phenomenal. They also had like 5 people just cleaning the hotel all day. Tremendous pride and professionalism great people all the way around. The rooms and the staff make it a 10 star hotel

Great stay

Need a place to stop off on the way to our cruise. Hotel was very clean, quiet, bed comfortable. The only problem that we had was that the pillows were very soft and flat. Would be nice if there were some firm options.

Pillow Play

Staff and reception helpful and friendly. Very clean. The king mattress was a bit saggy on one side and the pillows looked so old as though they’d been used for many pillow fights! They were not at all appealing despite the bed being made up nicely. Breakfast was fine. Coffee is Lavazza and was very good. Available 24 hrs in main area.
