Our particular floor (3) smelled musty. The room was not very “cozy”…it felt overly large, hard floors with minimal furniture… but the bed was great. I’m wondering if they put us in an accessible room? We had everything we Rand would stay again.

We stayed at Tru for one night to break up our long road trip. We were pleasantly surprised at how big our hotel room was. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel overall was very clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It wasnt a huge spread but was decent enough to satisfy everyone between fresh pancakes, bagels, cereal, fruit and sausages.

We loved everything about this hotel! Every single person working here was friendly and helpful, from the moment we walked through the doors to check in. Great hotel. Staff was amazing. Only thing was the stop breakfast at 9:30 which I did not look into prior to going down for it. But all in all all was great and again the staff was amazing. One of the best staffs I have been around.

Really good nights sleep

Nice room for the price. Comfortable bedding, surprisingly good shower pressure, hot coffee 24/7 in the lobby and good food nearby make this a nice place to layover. I slept great! Something I usually don’t do on a one-night stay. Nice little pool and seating BBQ area too. Dog friendly.
