​I stayed at the NEYA Lisboa Hotel as a personal celebration for beating cancer, and I couldn't have chosen a more perfect sanctuary. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and deeply restorative. I arrived early in the morning, completely exhausted from my flight over the pond. I was so grateful when the staff managed to check me in early. Being able to get some much-needed rest before heading out to explore Lisbon made a world of difference for my energy levels. I highly recommend taking advantage of the spa! I booked the Brunch & Spa package, and it was the highlight of my stay. The massage was truly amazing—the masseuse was so skilled and intuitive that I honestly wanted to bring him back home with me! As I am still recovering my strength, that massage was exactly what my body needed. The brunch included in the package was fantastic. While my appetite hasn’t fully returned yet, the food was absolutely delicious and the portions were more than enough. You can tell the kitchen puts a lot of care into the quality and presentation of their ingredients. The NEYA team made me feel cared for during a very special time in my life. If you are looking for a hotel that combines true hospitality with a relaxing, wellness-focused atmosphere, this is it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned well throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served till 10.30 so plenty of time, also good selection of food. Plenty of choice of cafes and restaurants nearby or another option is metro (8-10 min walk) and go into the centre.

We had a fantastic stay at Neya Lisboa. Our highlight was the breakfast buffet- fabulous selection of hot, cold and yummy pastries. Lots of healthy choices and variations daily. Very friendly staff at the hotel too. It’s in a great location with many transport options around. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved was that throughout our 4 day stay, one of the lifts was not working so this caused delays getting up and down, and it wasn’t clear whether you could use the stairs or not. But overall, a brilliant hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The Neya Hotel Lisbon is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of the main attractions and areas of the city. The staff were friendly and provided decent customer service throughout our stay. The hotel itself feels a little dated and fairly average. One frustration was that we were unable to access an iron during our 3-day stay, as there is a booking system we were not made aware of in advance. This was inconvenient and could be communicated more clearly to guests. That said, the hotel did provide the essentials: it was clean, safe, and comfortable for the duration of our visit.
