The only thing I did not like about this property was the amount of noise you hear from outside. It made sleeping a bit challenging…. And, I even used earplugs. Perhaps it was the jet lag that was the problem. But, it was a little noisy with music.

Wonderful luxury hotel, hits all the high notes.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Everything was new. The neighborhood has some late night partying but the windows are very tight. I slept so well in the great sheets and bed. The roof top for breakfast, lunch and drinks is gorgeous.

Bairro Alto Hotel was perfect! Location could not be better and the hotel itself was very lovely. Room was decorated so nicely with a spacious bathroom. Such great views from the restaurant terrace and rooftop as well. Staff was also amazing and understanding of food allergies. Would definitely stay here again!

Make sure you secure your valuables in your room. Its hard to give a positive review when an expensive gold broach goes missing from the room. I had just purchased it for my wifes birthday. The front desk did apologize but could do nothing. They claimed noone was in my room for turn down service but things were clearly moved. The carry on suitcase I had against a wall had been turned around and a robe was also missing. This ruined what was otherwise a good stay.

This hotel is one of the best, most accommodating, and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s also incredibly beautiful, classy, chic, and clean. We were so pleased with the welcoming staff and everything we experienced at the hotel. The room is spacious and provides everything you need. Even Le Labo amenities, blow dryer, iron and board, and even did turn down service each night. I can’t compliment the staff enough. They did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and like family. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The spa was top notch and we really enjoyed our massages and facials. I am still glowing. The gym is perfect and so is the sensory shower, sauna and other wellness amenities. The restaurant and bar was delicious snd extremely high quality. We were so so happy with our stay and were sad to leave. Thanks to everyone who went above and beyond for us.

Fantastic location for excellent dining and shopping in Lisbon. The rooftop cannot be beat for the view! We enjoyed breakfast and drinks on the rooftop every day. It is such a lovely view and the staff was truly wonderful.
