Very disappointed that washing machine was broken, which was the main reason that I booked this apartment. I was told it couldn’t be repaired until after we left, 4 days later. I was informed about the broken machine after I checked in. An offer to do my laundry was made however if I wanted someone else to do my laundry, I would have stayed in a hotel. The cost was very high for an apartment without a working washing machine. The furniture was rather worn, no wine opener, seal on shower door didn’t keep water in the shower, couldn’t get dining table light to turn on. Leg on table was tilted as if someone dragged the table without picking it up. Felt like it might fall over if you tried to move it. Beds were comfortable and apartment was quiet. Thought it was overpriced.

We were unable to sleep because of the noise coming from the pipes in the ceiling. The noise stopped on the 4th day out of 5 days but the first three days were terrible, our inability to sleep basically ruined the trip.

Needed 6 bath towels for 6 people but only supplied 4. Needs cleaning service every 3 days rather than every 4 days. No rubbish bin for the complex so leave in foyers or find a municipal bin in the nearest streets

Great location, close to many points of interest. The apartment is spacious with good kitchen and welcome gifts (red wine and cookies). The sink is a bit blocked but should be a quick fix. Communication is prompt. We really enjoyed our stay in Ando.

We had a fantastic stay at Ando Living Santa Justa 79 House in Lisbon. The location was unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, with great amenities and thoughtful touches. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. They even treated us to a free bottle of local wine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Lisbon!

This property is in a very convenient location close to main shopping and eating areas. Very loud if you open the windows. No reception area so check in was very complicated. Apartment was very nice but bathroom is extremely small with very little counter space. Bed was smaller than expected but comfortable.
