Not so happy with this Hampton

I was very happy to a Hampton inn available for the nights stay the night man was as nice as they come. But I donā€™t think itā€™s a corporate property It doesnā€™t have the comfortable beds that I accept when spend the extra money to stay there. This place seemed like a comfort inn with a Hampton sign. Breakfast was disappointing as well. I stay at a lot of Hampton inns and this one put out the bare minimum. This wasnā€™t a bad stay it was clean and the workers are nice but you can tell the owners donā€™t care about repeat business

The breakfast was delicious and the staff nice. The buildings is a bit outdated and could use more detail cleaning but was still overall clean. The pool area needs to be fix and the Pelton at the gym as well. I still really enjoyed our stay and would stay again here.

Our stay was great. I called before arriving to ensure that they knew I was bring a pet and asked to be near a back exit. they accommodated my request. If you are traveling with the pet this is a great place to stay - they have a large area to walk pets and have a potty station with bags as well. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. When in the area we will stay again.

The pool heater was not working so we couldnā€™t use the pool. We asked for a rollaway and it was delivered, but it was too big for the space. I was kind of scratching my head about that. There was very little hot water. Showers were lukewarm. The ice machines didnā€™t work. The staff was very nice.
