We stay here several times a year. Always clean and comfortable. The only negatives are the sound on the tv's in each room we've stayed in is very difficult to hear the voices. I think because the speaker is in the back. Frustrating so we don't really watch. The room has new flooring. Looks nice and feels cheaner. The problem is if someone in the room above drops something, it's loud. I was woke up several times. Not sure how this can be resolved. I will request the top floor going forward.
