Good hotel, comfortable and all. What I didn’t like is the fact that swimming pool is not heated. It is always cool and foggy and cloudy in Lima, what’s the point to have an outside pool with the water temperature of +10C ?! It should be heated !

The most aggravating part of the trip was the transportation coordination. The staff send a link to pay for transportation but you must send them a copy of the receipt to confirm/ coordinate your transportation. When you are traveling to send copies of your receipt for a system that is the hotel is bewildering.

Loved it for so many different reasons.

Loved our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful in many ways - Organizing pick up from airport, storage of luggage while we took a 4 day trip up the coast, finding a store, finding a bank (across the street), etc...
