We were there for two nights During that short time the a/c broke one night and the elevator broke another. On the other hand, all the staff were very nice and the complimentary breakfast was great

I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable. The Hotel actually delivered a birthday cake to my room on my birthday which was so sweet. The housekeeper for room 705 for the week on 1/10-1/17 was amazing and deserves a raise! All the staff were helpful and I would 1000% recommend this hotel!!!

We got upgraded, thanks to Expedia VIP Access. Suites were clean and charming with very comfortable beds and amenities. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant were great! Welcome pastries and free drinks coupons were an excellent bonus. Hotel is located close to Malecon and Larcomar mall. We truly enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this property.

Large room, with slighty eccentric furnishing. Whilst it was fine during the day there was very limited lighting at night. Furthermore the hotel was severely let down by their waiting staff, they were generally inattentive, and on their phones, we waited over 20 minutes for service at the quiet rooftop bar, and even after ordering drinks from the from one waiter who could be bothered, his colleges failed him and left him running around the whole hotel, having wasted 35 minutes of our life we went to a very pleasant bar around the corner! This was repeated at breakfast with us having to ask for a menu even though having been greeted by the same waitress. Breakfast itself was a nice buffet and a la carte combo and was quite good. Overall a nice hotel just really let down by the staff

The location, the staff and the breakfast were great. Unfortunately, like some other people mentioned, our room smelled like mold and the air conditioning was just a fan and didn't actually cool the room. The windows don't open, so we couldn't air the room out to get the moldy smell to go away. It was strong enough that even after being in the room for a while you would still smell it.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and they had sweet treats as a lovely greeting touch. They also gave me a coupon for complementary cocktail. Unfortunately, I did not use it since I didn’t realize I had to use it that first night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The tamales are a must try.I would definitely come again.
