I got an "upgrade" to the 11th floor. Turns out they have a bar with very loud music on floor 12 so I heard all the music. Also, they had construction noises for the first full day.

The manager at the reception was cold. Our room was not ready when we arrived. The receptionist tried to arrange us to a room with better view as we waited for over one hour, but the manager looked at us as if we were beggar on the street. I cannot forget her cold eyes.

The staff are wonderful. Very helpful. The restaurant is nice. The rooftop pool is very small. As a lap swimmer this just doesn't cut it for me. There is also a gym on the roof which was nice. Some broken equipment but usable.

All of the staff were absolutely lovely, great location, and clean hotel. Roof top pool and bar are amazing and restaurant’s food was very good as well. Will definitely be back.
