Fabulous hotel
Fabulous hotel with fabulous friendly staff,excellent room with a large bathroom. A small but nice swimming pool and bar on the roof gives good views to the ocean. Very good a la carte breakfast cooked to order as well as the buffet. They gave us a breakfast in a box as we left at 4.00am. Highly recommended.

OK hotel which needs lot of improvements!
Toilet water dripping from ceiling on my head. The staff painted it with synthetic oil paint which smelt a lot during the night giving me headache. Windows cannot be opened. Air conditioning appeared to be working but actually it was not working at all. The room remained damp and the bathroom did not dry properly. Breakfast was excellent! Check in in process was slow as we had to move room because of very noisy air conditioning in the first room we were given. After a 13-hour flight at midnight we had to wait approximately 30 mins for the new room.

As a long term Expedia GOLD member I have stayed in many hotels in many countries. The service in Radisson Decapolis Lima easily surpass all other hotels including 5 Star hotels. The team's attention to detail is incredible. Everyone knew my name even if they didn't meet me frequently. They knew my preferences. And when there was two small problems the hotel manager was advised and proactively contacted me. I have stayed here twice now and shall return at the end of February. The breakfast is really excellent and worthwhile. The suites are a good size and the mattress and pillows amongst the most comfortable that I have had in any hotel. I don't have experience of other hotels in Lima but am not even interested in finding anything else. Don't think about it just book this one.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel. Great location. Walkable to many restaurants. The beach. The staff is very king and solicitous. The room steward Cecilia was very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value.
