I left something behind, and went back to get it. They couldn’t “find” it. I feel it was thrown away or stolen. I called throughout the day to inquire about my missing item, but no one answered the phone, or I was hung up on.

Room was fine. Although the fridge and microwave were in the bathroom. Staff was not great. There was no one ever at the customer service counter. You just had to pick up this red phone and hope someone answered. I was locked out of my room and management never came to help. I had to get housekeeping. I had my key but it stopped working.

Conveniently located in a safe and secure just off a major road. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and everything was in working order. I had a king bed but the mattress was too hard for my liking. I was initially disappointed when I didn’t see a microwave or refrigerator, but then I found them in the bathroom. I thought that was a bit odd considering the size of the room. Spent one night here. Overall, great value for a reasonable price.

Everything from check in to check was outstanding. The only thing I could sing is that the smoke detector in my room needed new batteries. Not even a complaint though cause I was tired from traveling I tuned it out and was out!!

This was my third stay here. Great place to stay for the price. Very friendly staff! The hot water in the shower was hard to maintain - never had a problem with that in the past and the tile on the bathroom floor needed some repairs. But I will stay here again.

Rooms were clean and updated. Like the tile floors since we had our dogs. Area was safe with plentiful parking. My only recommendation would be more plush mattresses. Not awful but could be better. Pretty area.
