Hotel was a great stop on our drive. Very convenient to the expressway with some amenities nearby (Starbucks). It was a quiet break before getting back on the road AND the hotel accommodated our 2 large dogs.

Easy parking, and the bed was kind to my back. Breakfast was good, and it was easy to walk out the door and go for a walk. The only thing I would improve on is the Wi-fi, which could be faster.

Quiet area away from the noise of the roads up on a hill felt very safe and secure in the surrounding. Beds were very comfortable and the coffee was very good in the morning.

This is an old property that needs renovation. The management has allowed the property to become rundown (wallpaper sagging, stains on pictures, loud a/c, toilets don’ flush properly). I would expect this from a cheap motor lodge but when you are paying the amount Best Western is charging you expect a decent environment.

Paid for a king suite and got a king room

I booked this room in October for my daughter‘s graduation for my mother and my grandson I had asked for a king size room with a sofa bed when they got there it was a king size bed in the room only with a chair I paid for a suite over $300 for this room for one night And then when I called they were like sorry that’s all we have. I can give you two queen beds and that’s it not to mention the rooms smelled like mold. My mom was there three minutes and was already having problems breathing.

It was a little noisy with guess next to my room and above me. Those guests with kids that be be disrupt/noisy should be placed on the lower level to minimize kids running around making noise in the middle of the night making impossible for other guests to slerp

Booked a room with a king bed. ( husband is 6’3”) Upon arrival (10pm) the only king room left was still not cleaned for the day. There was still a tip sitting on the dresser for the housekeeper. I was given a room with 2 queen beds - certainly not king size. The clerk gave me a room with a balcony ( upgrade apparently) which meant nothing to me when arriving at 10pm. I’d much rather have had the king bed I paid for than an upgrade to a balcony room- and the price differential refunded.
