Would have been a great stay, but the pool was not available. We were told it was due to renovations. I'm disappointed that we were not notified in any way that such a big amenity would not be available. That's the reason we chose this hotel over others nearby. I'm also weary of hearing "you booked through a 3rd party" when asking for more information about our stay. When a hotel room is booked, the hotel is provided with the guest information. There's no reason a hotel could not notify a guest in advance that certain amenities would not be available.

They only set back was we did leave some snacks on the counter and woke up to them. infested with ants. Went to the front desk they addressed it immediately and got rid of the ants.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Outdoor area amazing. Only complaint stayed there 6 nonths ago was charged $50 nore for possible damages stayed end of august its now $100 more find that a tiuch ridiculous when the room was already paid for.

Staff was nice. Property was clean and taken care of. Service was slightly lacking because front desk wasn't always there and at breakfast things ran out and didn't get refilled very quick...even 2 hours later they still hadn't brewed more coffee. Great place, just a little room to improve.

This is the place to stay when you’re in town for any events at the Civic Center. It is just a short walk across the street. We love it here!
