Our room was gross. Big stain in the floor, our headboard was disgusting both on the face and on top, which has not been dusted in lord knows how long. Beds are harder than boot camp.

The upholstered chair was filthy and also looked like animal hair was on it; I could not sit in it. The carpet area the size of a soccer ball in front of the TV was soggy wet. I had an important appt. to meet and I was exhausted or I would’ve requested a different room.

Floors were sticky, too much noise interfering with sleep from room location under stairs and next to breakfast area, they ran out of plates, ketchup, bread for toast, and coffee, hash browns were burnt and heavily salted, found egg shells in scrambled eggs, and cookies were over baked.

The staff was professional and accommodating; the facilities were clean; and the breakfast was good. My only concern was the firmness of the beds and pillows. Of course, if that’s your preference, it’s a great place to stay for a reasonable price.
