Toilet was stopped and started running all night. Front desk person late night was a little bit rough around the edges. Asked for a credit card "in case we thrash the room." It was myself 59 and my 85 year old mother. Not sure what type of people they're accustomed to? Lobby and elevators dirty carpet etc. when I mentioned the toilet another guest was missing a shower curtain. Broadly a little scary. Pool photo 100% misleading.

First room we were put in the hot water didn’t work, no soap bars or shampoo in the bathroom. Moved us into a new room the next morning, hot water worked but the tv didn’t work.

Staff was awesome, tv didn’t work they tried their best to fix it even swapping, finally we were able to figure it out after hours of trying. Got to watch a couple hours, then when waking up and tried to turn tv on to catch the news and it was right back to not working. Very frustrating

We went to Lewiston for a family wedding. We stayed at FairBridge Inn for 2 nights. It's definitely a dog friendly hotel. We had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is old, but very clean. The mattress was amazing! It was quiet and I slept like a long. The room door needs replacing. We thought the lock was broke only to find out the whole metal locking system wa destroyed. I felt safe with my two grown men roomies, but a woman alone would not appreciate it. I also didn't appreciate no room service the next day. Guess that is the new norm everywhere for "eco friendly" ,but not getting a made up bed and fresh washcloths is pitiful for the cost. Breakfast was adequate. I would stay again.

Not good

The room had trash in the trashcan, food in the refrigerator and used soad in the bath shower tray. The lock didnt work, the remote didn’t work, no manuel buttons on the tv so for the duration of the stay i only had netflix on my phone. When i informed them about these problems and asked to switch rooms, they were friendly but nothing ever got fixed. But they were friendly. But nothing changed. So does friendly count? I would have been okay if more effort was made. Like when the tv doesn't work? Im sorry just doesn't cut it. The situation never got fixed.
