I enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere, and the friendly staff. It was safe as the doors were locked at night. However there was drug paraphernalia in one of the dressers, and the mattress protector for the pull out couch was dirty.

The mattresses are horrific. We slept on a slope and had to take Advil and muscle relaxants to be able to move about during the day. They need to be replaced. The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

Would stay here again with a few changes next time

The family suite was spacious, although we would have enjoyed more seating space in the living room and perhaps a small table to eat at. Fridge malfunctioned and froze our food on the second day, which was disappointing. Our grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool and waterslides. Pool staff were friendly! We would stay here again and would select an external facing room next time. Room facing the pool requires the air conditioning to work almost continuously due to the very warm air the unit draws from the pool area. Pool facing rooms are a bit noisy as well.

My daughter and I felt welcome from the first time we walked in the lobby. Giving us rewards and free dinner vouchers. Usually this treatment happens if you are upset but we were happy from start to finish. The wave pool was a big plus! The lifeguard even turned on the slides for us when we were the only ones in there. More hotels can learn from this and be proactive with there guests instead of reactive to there guest. We will always stay here when in town!

Lethbridge getaway

We booked the hotel for the water feature and the kids loved the slides. I wasn’t aware that they would only be available when lifeguards were present, which let to some disappointed faces when we went for another dip into the pool before leaving. Lifeguards are only present for the evening hours.

The room is really worn out and it overlooked the pool. The door for the balcony didn’t close tight so the noise from the pool was very loud and the smell of chlorine was so strong that no one could sleep and two people had terrible headaches.

Well, the property is clean in the pool facilities were fun for the kids, I was very disappointed with the service and my children said that the breakfast was the worst they’ve ever experienced. We were in town for a hockey tournament and didn’t settle into the room until an hour after the children’s bedtime, when I pulled back the covers on one of the beds it reeked of urine. It was too late to switch rooms, I got the kids settled in one bed and I slept on the floor. The next morning I reported the issue to the front desk and they said that they would resolve it before we return that day. I expected a new mattress And really didn’t think much of it. When we went to bed that night, I pulled back the covers and It Again reeked of urine, they had put fresh sheets on, but did not replace the urine soaked mattress, it smelled as bad as the night before. For breakfast, I purchased the adult breakfast package for two mornings for $35. The breakfast was at Tony Roma‘s restaurant attached to the hotel with a very limited selection and the food that I ordered was not even gas station level quality. Who is impossible to get a refill on coffee and there were only three families in the entire restaurant. My kids picked up their food, which was uninspired to put it mildly. I would’ve been disappointed with the food if it was the first thing I’ve eaten after a weeklong backcountry backpacking trip. We ended up eating breakfast outside the hotel, even after paying for the convenience.

Entrance and lobby was nice, room felt dirty. No one cleaned our room the first day there. Food at Tony Romas was terrible. Kids loved the water park, it must have been wonderful in its day. Staff were really kind and friendly.

The check in lady was very welcoming but the check out lady was very rude. phoned me at 1130 and told me i need you out by noon. I’ve stayed here many times and never had anyone tell me that before. Room was good as usual.

Carpet in the room was disgusting, stained and dirty. One sink in the room the drain was broken and wouldn’t open. Not enough seating in the tv room area, we had separate bedroom. Dim lighting in rooms. Pool was nice but pool floor was not very clean, not enough chairs and some were broken.

I thought the facility was wonderful, the only thing I would comment on for an area for growth was the carpet in our room - it was so dirty / stained I didn’t want my kids sitting or playing on it.
