Rooms were very outdated. I understand old buildings, but our shower was awful. Bottoms was visibly covered in dirt and the taps barely work. Beds were comfortable but needs an upgrade unfortunately

Room was good size and clean. Nothing wrong with the hotel for a stay at all. However, I booked the room for 3 nights. Got a call the next day saying there was a family emergency at home. I talked to hotels.com to cancel my next 2 nights. They said they will call the gotel to try and cancel. When they called the front desk lady said that they couldnt do anything about it and would not approve the cancellation. Room was not cancelled and they kept my 2 nights of money without me staying in the room.

I really like staying at the Ramada because it’s conveniently located, has great staff, decent breakfast, and the design of the hotel allows for quick access to the elevator and so far quieter stays.

The room was spotless and I know of no other hotel that provides its guests with Dove soap and shampoo. I will choose Ramada again for that reason.
