Very clean hotel, had everything we needed. The beds were great, and the restaurant in the hotel was also excellent! Very close to Henderson lake which is a great place for a walk! I would stay again next time I am in Lethbridge!!

The roon is extra dark with views to a dirty interior patio. Dog poop on the carpet. I paid 270cad and this is a absolutely not worthy. Return partially my money, or Expedia money.

The staff was very friendly and rooms were nice. Wasn't as clean as I would've liked. There was pieces of food left under the curtains by the window and the bathroom door was very dirty. There was also a graduation event going on in the lobby. So to use the pool we had to walk through everyone in the lobby in our bathing suits. Pool is very outdated and the hot tub jets barely worked. There was people telling in the hallway in the middle of the night and our room window was facing the front doors, which resulted in having to listen to loud music from vehicles that were parked beside our window while they loaded and u loaded.Everything else was good.

Terrible small bathroom fixtures. Can live with small sink but toilet would be more suitable in a travel trailer. Small toilet looked like they missed cleaning it and poor bowl design makes it easy to get dirty.
