Made reservation, then called and asked if hit tub was working, was told yes. Checked in got ready to go to hot tub asked check in desk where hot tub was and then font desk agent stammered and had a sign in her hand ready to explain to me that hot tub may not be ready as it was cleaned and sign stated that it may not be ready, I reserved in wanting hot tub and relaxation for the evening. Did not appreciate front desk agents attitude and the same question being asked 10 times, as I explained to her my issues as soon as I found out about hot tub and that it was one an only the reason for my reservation and via the phone calls I made while reserving, not the best set up to have to walk thru the whole lobby by restaurant entrance to get to Hot tub

Theres many good things to say about the Coast in Lethbridge. Courtesy and efficiency are standard there, but much appreciated is the attention to special requests, like additional duvets, robes etc. Our room was a comfortable size and in a quiet location and there is an excellent restaurant within the premises. If I have any constructive criticism it would be the repair to caulking in the tub in our room was somewhat sloppy.

It’s a hotel I would expect for a small city like Lethbridge. The room had a shoebox sized bathroom, beds with mattresses that had seen better days and overall a 2 star at best. The restaurant attached to the hotel was descent and the location was central.

Terrible hotel. Dark dingy rooms. Dirty and musty. We booked a suite, the first room had a huge leaking roof and old faded furnishings. Second room wasnt any better but at least we had no leak. We booked 2 nights. We left the next day and checked in at another hotel. Do not stay here
