Didn't start out well. Trying to enter the parking lot was a nightmare because of some auto show going on in town, and apparently everyone decided to use the hotel parking lot, we were lucky to even get a spot. Staff was friendly, but the hotel was laid out weird, it wasn't even immediately apparent where the rooms were located from the lobby. Turns out they're down some weird little hallway, but there's no signage to point the way and staff didn't point us in any direction. The pool looked nice, didn't have time to use it though, closed at 9 (yep...), bar/restaurant was crazy expensive. It must be what passes for upscale in Lethbridge, not sure as out of towners. Rooms were clean and very nice and the beds were comfortable, but mainly the AC works well, and that's all anyone really cares about. Only complaint about the room is the bathroom is a comically small phone booth with a Fisher Price toilet only suitable for children. For a room that size to have such a tiny bathroom was a head scratcher.

The hotel has excellent amenities. We especially liked the pool and hot tub, as well as the restaurant. As I was travelling with my 80+ mom, we were also grateful that the hotel was very accessible, including ramps. The room was quite dated and I've never seen so many stains on a hotel room carpet; however, we were told they were upgrading the rooms so hopefully this will all improve soon.

Extensive renovations underway without notice. Hallways very scary - hanging wires, taped over fire extinguishers and ripped off wallpaper.

The property is under reservation- which is fine- but this was not mentioned anywhere and prices did not reflect this. Our sink was plugged so we had to wash hands in the bathtub. We didn’t notice until 10pm because we weren’t in the room and we had kids that needed to sleep. I’m fine with no breakfast but the least they could do is have complimentary coffee and ice water.

I must 1st state the the Hotel is in the midst of renovations, this didn't interfere with having a quite nights sleep even though we were on the 3rd floor where much of this was taking place. The hallway was quite dusty. The desk clerk was very accommodating to our requests as at 1st we were given a room on the 1st floor however we requested a move due to the smallest low toilet I've seen outside of Vietnam. The Expedia web led us to believe that the toilet was high elevated. Once moved to a larger room on the 3rd, we found the toilet to be the same size. Small enough for small children and uncomfortable for Adults. The toilets actually was our only concern. Above all else we appreciated the the customer service received from the desk clerk. Thank you
