The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 047. I did not like the "shower". You have to hold the handpiece in your hand the whole time and the tiles on the floor of the shower is extremely slippery.

The management and staff at Gemstone were exceptional. Customer service at the highest level. They made our stay very comfortable and tended to all of our needs. The property is very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay at this location in the future.

An amazing experience. Good to see and learn abou the wild and animals. Got to see some animals for real like the white Tiger and African lion. Very insightful experience and the staff very friendly and clean environment. Great meals and great sleeps. A good place to start the year off. 10/10
