Romantic Luxurious Peaceful Getaway For A Couple With 200° Sea And Sunset View

Villa Zenitude is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. Nestled in a lush tropical garden, it's located in the exclusive gated area of Terres Basses, one if the most desirable locations on the island.

The owners have attended to every detail with exquisite taste - designer furniture, highest quality linens, towels, dinner ware etc.

The air conditioned villa features a very large bedroom suite with a king size bed, a tiled shower bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens up onto a large deck with a plunge pool and shaded gazebo. There you will enjoy your drinks while watching the sunset over Baie Longue (one of the nicest and listen to the birds in the palm trees and hibiscus flowers.

A meridienne can serve as a bed for a third guest and a crib is available on request.

The many amenities include flat screen television with Chrome Cast, Optical fiber internet connection. Also the villa is covered by an automatic electrical generator and a cistern in case of breakdown.

Villa Zenitude is located within the owner's 3.5 acres park, far enough from the residence to offer you absolute privacy but close enough should you need any assistance.

A ten minute stroll through the private road and tropical landscape of Terres Basses takes you to the gorgeous Plum Baie beach, a little further to the long stretch of Baie Longue, both private, safe and never crowded.

You will be fifteen minute driving distance from the airport and 10 mm from the village of Maho, with it's golf course and a vibrant nightlife with restaurants, nightclubs and casinos (and of course more beaches).

In the other direction you will find Marigot, the mean town of the French side of the island with shops, restaurants, bakeries and an outdoor market.

Five minute driving from your villa is a bakery, wine shop, pharmacy and a small supermarket as well as 2 good restaurants.

You will feel most welcome in Villa Zenitude where all comforts awaits you.

This is our favourite place to stay in St. Martin. We have stayed here three times, and we are looking forward to coming back again. It is a very special place, and it is our honour to stay there. We love to cook, and we had everything we needed to make a fantastic meal. It is an indoor outdoor kitchen/dining room that is spacious and a pleasure to eat and cook in. This location is close to our favourite grocery store on the island, beautiful beaches, and lively restaurants. Our hosts L. and M. were so kind to us during our visits, and we have always felt right at home. It truly is a private and romantic getaway. If you enjoy a beautiful sunset, a gorgeous view of a garden in the evening and falling asleep to the sounds of tree frogs in the distance, then look no further. The hosts, Michele and Lionel, are absolutely legendary. They are as available as you'd like them to be to help with your stay (and go above and beyond what one would expect). They also know the island so well, do not miss the opportunity to learn about places to visit and where to eat. The ground and exterior are stunningly beautiful and serene. Some elements of the property would be 'luxurious', while other elements I would consider more rustic. Bear in mind that some of the property is outdoors or with open doors/walls which allows one to experience the atmosphere and island. As this is a tropical island, there will be some insects as a result. However they provide what you would need to mitigate (and I just kept the bedroom/living area door closed throughout). The location is residential, very close to La Samanna and amazing beaches. Renting a car is advised and they have a connection with a great company (again, these hosts are amazing and help you streamline everything for your trip). Excellent value, a very pleasant stay. Everything about this villa was absolutely perfect! Micheline and Lionel are wonderful hosts—warm, helpful, and always available with great tips. As hurricane Erin approached, Lionel went out of his way to keep us updated and reassured, which we truly appreciated. The villa itself is in a beautiful, quiet, and secluded location. Great hosts. Great location. We were looking for a quiet location with access to a pool and beaches, away from the hustle and bustle, and this place delivered. In this case, the plunge pool was on a large deck for BBQing where we enjoyed sunning amd nice sunsets with the ocean in the distance. A few nice low key beaches were a short drive away - we rented a car for the entire stay. Hosts provided beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, even snorkel gear. From the moment we landed, Lionel was wonderful and very helpful guiding us from the aiport and giving a overview of restaurants, beaches, and sites. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very well landscaped,beautiful flowers and plants which attracted many birds. we liked seeing hummingbirds. We enjoyed watching the lizards. Lionel met us at the airport to take us to the house. He helped us get around the island by having maps. We liked the seclusion and privacy. We liked the views. It was just a short drive to go wherever you wanted to go or get what you needed. Lionel and Micheline were great hosts. We want to come back again.

Perfect Island Getaway

We loved our stay at Villa Zenitude! The villa was very well equipped (we like to cook in house most of the time), right down to beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We loved the plunge pool and used it multiple times a day. The proximity to Baie Longue and Plum Bay was very nice, as was the gate guarded community. We felt secure, safe, and comfortable in the villa, in walks in the community, and on the beaches (which we had to ourselves at times and never saw more than 25 people on). Micheline and Lionel were welcoming, warm, and helpful hosts. They provided a helpful guest book and personal orientation to the island. We lived the privacy and relative isolation of the villa—we felt like we had our own hideaway, but were just a few minutes away from Maho on one side and Marigot on the other. You will definitely need a rental car if you stay here. Micheline recommended Golfe Car Rental (with a discount code) and they were perfect. Met us at the airport (no bus ride) and we dropped the car there also. All in all, a fantastic week in paradise. We HIGHLY recommend this villa for couples looking for a quiet, romantic getaway.

A happy week in a beautiful setting

We especially enjoyed the indoor-outdoor blend of the villa in the middle of a beautiful garden with complete privacy, yet 5-minute drive to a beautiful quiet beach. We cooked most dinners at the villa and ate out for lunches as we explored the areas of the island recommended by Lionel and Micheline. They are very gracious hosts and gave us a great overview of everything when we arrived. The week flew by - a sign of how much we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely return to the villa.

Peaceful and Safe

We would like to start by thanking Linoel and Micheline for making our trip to Saint Martin a breeze. Meeting Linoel at the airport with the rental car company they recommended was incredibly convenient and stress-free.During our stay at the villa, Linoel made restaurant reservations at some very hard-to-book places and provided us with many excellent recommendations.Here are some pros and cons of our experience. Please note that the cons are not significant enough to deter us from returning.First, it's important to remember that this is a country villa, so you may encounter some bugs. Unfortunately, my wife attracts mosquitoes, and our first two nights were uncomfortable due to them getting into the villa. After bringing this to Linoel’s attention, he provided us with bug repellent and incense to help deter the mosquitoes.**Pros:**- As runners, we found this location to be amazing. There is a nearly 5 km loop within a gated community, making it very safe for running. We recommend going out earlier in the morning for the best experience.- The beach is just a five-minute walk or one-minute drive away, and it is one of our favorite spots on the French side. It may appear rough, but the water is very gentle once you’re in.- The area is nice, quiet, and peaceful.- groceries and places to enjoy lunch or dinner are only a few minutes drive away.- We loved the sweet Villa dogs**Cons:** We visited this villa Feb 14- 22nd and we did encounter some mosquitoes.

Lionel and Michelin were great hosts. Lionel met us at the airport to make sure we got to the villa. They had great suggestions for anything you would need. The villa had a nice plunge pool with nice views and a view of the ocean in the distance. You definitely need a vehicle as it’s a bit of a drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was great, except the mosquitoes were VERY bad.

Martin and were so helpful and welcoming. The villa offered beautiful gardens and privacy. The kitchen offered everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the BBQ was spectacular. St. Martin Villa

Villa was very nice and clean. We had a very relaxing trip. Beaches were nearby. Lionel was very accommodating. One item to note is that laundry service is available and will be returned to you the next day. The washer and dryer are not in the villa.
