REALLY MISLEADING. The Aparthotel is in the same complex as the hotel but no resemblance and no pictures here. It is no less than 2 stars. This needs to be made clear to travellers. The hotel is 4 starts but the Aparthotel is very basic. Disappointing

I'm expecting a better accommodation. Everything in my aparthotel needs modernising even the hallway leading to rooms you have to find a light to switch the lights otherwise you stuck in. The scenery and the surrounding is definitely the real game changer in this hotel and apartment 👍

The stay was in a nice location. Great views. The staff was nice but needs to be more organized when having a booking. Also when you ask for something needed to go a few times to the Reception because nothing arrived on the room. The restaurant was supposedly a one star Michellin, the service and food was not up to par. The parking needs to have more explaining on the terms and conditions. But overall it was nice.

Do you like loud music?

Are you the type of person who likes loud four on the floor type of dance music for 12 hours a day? Then you’ll love Anyos Park. For us it was a disappointment. We had stayed here a few years before and liked the open pool area and bar. The hotel has several padel and tennis courts, a gym and a pretty good reataurant. However they decided to flush that all down the drain with excessive loud music. We arrived thursday in the afternoon to be informed that there would be a pool party the day after. This resulted in the pool area being closed early so that they could prepare. Then the pool area was an outdoor disco from 5 to 11 pm. Ah good! Now it’s saturday and just a regular pool day. If not for… 9.55 am they start playing loud club music and this goes on until 10 pm, non stop. The hotel mainly has guests that are in the ages 50-60 or younger familys with kids. But the music is aimed at 20-30 ish kids on spring break. Did I mention our room had a balcony towards the pool area. The room has no air conditioning. With the windows shut the room is a sauna with background low frequency music rumble. With the windows open we are slightly cooler but our beds are firmly located in a night club. But 10 pm (with no one in the pool area for hours) the music is turned off. And then 10 am sunday morning…. It’s groundhog day. The hotel has two restaurants. The better one is located right next to, you guessed it, the pool area. So eating out at 8 pm means eating to modern beats.

Mitigée. Pas un 4 étoiles

Plutot mitigée... complexe hotelier avec piscine (petite pour le nombre de chambres car partagee avec l'hôtel du meme nom), pas assez de transats (a partir de 16h il faut attendre....). Pas de distributeurs de boissons ou snacks. Un restau gastro tres cher ou un buffet moyen a 32€ par personne hors boissons ou un snack ou un restau correct (mais impossible de manger sur la terrasse, la salle de restauration jouxte l'aire de jeux pour enfant donc si vous voulez manger au calme c'est raté). L'établissement (aparthotel) est vieillissant et pas digne d'un 4 etoiles, propre sans plus (il ne faut pas etre maniaque). Nous avions un appartement avec vue sur ... rien (voir photo), mobilier extérieur sale. La chambre c'est un coin chambre (pas de porte). L'insonorisation des lieux laisse a desirer. Il n'y a aucun brise vue entre les balcons. Le personnel (en dehors de 2 ou 3 personnes qui sont réellement attentionnées) ne parle qu'espagnol et est totalement hermétique. Le dj de la piscine qui passe de la techno de 10h a 22h c'est too much. Si vous sejournez a l'apparthotel, il faudra aller prendre le pt dej a l'hôtel derrière en prenant 2 ascenseurs et en traversant 2 routes. Tout comme la piscine et les transats, la capacite de la salle est largement sous dimensionnée... Un point positif tout de meme : le parking

Partis en famille en appart hotel pour 3 personnes pour 3 nuits/4 jours. L 'appartement est agreable en globalité. Le lit double est confortable. Point négatif sur le canapé lit qui était dure ( notre enfant à du dormir avec nous). Autre bemol sur la salle de bain, une odeur d'egout se faisait ressentir durant ces 4 jours. Du coup obligé de fermer la porte de la salle de bain h24 et boucher les bondes. On avait la vue sur les terrains de tennis et de paddle + un joli paysage. Mais j'avoue qu'on ne laissait pas ouvert la fenêtre et parfois le rideau par rapport aux vis a vis et le bruit des balles le matin pas agreable pour faire une grasse matinée.... Peut-etre trouver un moyen de ne pas avoir de vis a vis Et de décaler le debut des entraînements de tennis et de paddle. L'accueil, au début nous avons eu affaire à une receptioniste ne parlant pas français. Heureusement nous avons eu par la suite un jeune homme a l'accueil très sympathique et comprenant la langue. A propos, du personnel en globalité on ne s'est pas senti vraiment à l'aise. Peu de souriaient et parfois j'ai eu la sensation que je detrangeais. Au restaurant " toc ", dès que je m'adressais en français avec eux. On me renvoyait directement vers un autre personnel parlant ma langue et souvent sans courtoisie. Je comprends l'espagnol mais le parle peu. Malheureusement, lorsque j'ai rejoins mon compagnon et mon enfant a la piscine le premier jour. Ils avaient oubliés de prendre les servi h

Séjour en famille, complexe très grand voir trop car obligé de sortir pour aller soit à la piscine ou au restaurant. Le "spa"a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement comme la piscine dont le liner n'est plus tendu et les installations en chrome commencent à s'oxyder. Le restaurant ressemble plus à une cafétéria et les desserts pas variés (manque laitage entre autre) L'hébergement en appartement est correct. C'est dommage car lorsque l'on arrive cela donne envie d'y séjourner car c'est joli extérieurement.

Notre 8ème séjour dans cette hôtel où nous venons passer quelques jours en famille pour aller skier à Pal Arinsal L’emplacement est idéal, en retrait de la route principale, l’accès au spa est un énorme avantage. Petit bémol cette année, nous étions 4 mais n’avions que 3 fourchettes et 2 petites cuillères et pas 1 seule casserole La cuisine devrait être mieux équipée à l’avenir !

Lo mejor la zona del spa. La habitación estaba limpia pero la terraza no. Las camas cómodas pero en la salita hay un sofá de solo una plaza con lo que una persona tiene que sentarse en una silla para ver TV. El precio del parking me pareció excesivo 18€ por día) El desayuno estaba bien y en la habitación había una botella de cava y una de agua, nos pareció un detalle muy bonito.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon. La piscine et le spa très bien. Le personnel de réception, d'entretien, du service spa et petit déjeuner étaient accueillant et chaleureux. Petit bémol pour le logement un peu vieillissant mais à part cela tout était parfait :) Merci beaucoup

Experiencia decepcionante. Pagamos más que la media del precio de apartamentos de Andorra (venimos 2 ó 3 veces al año), porque era el cumple de nuestra hija y queríamos aprovechar el spa. Nos dieron un apartamento en la zona del pádel, con lo que no hemos descansado (a tope desde las 8:00 a las 23:00). Tuvimos que comprar un cuchillo para poder cocinar en una apartamento, limpio pero muy viejo todo. Y en el spa no funcionaban la mitad de los chorros y los que iban, lo hacían de manera intermitente, no había dos espacios que funcionaran a la vez. En definitiva, que nos ha decepcionado mucho. Lo mejor el personal, que se esfuerza en paliar las deficiencias de las instalaciones. Y la cama, que si, era muy cómoda, pero si los gritos y raquetazos no te dejan dormir… No volveríamos y es una pena, porque si cuidaran las instalaciones valdría el precio que cobran.
