Excellent location, easily connected to the Cinque Terre (by train and with boat) and just a few kilometers from Versilia and the Lunigiana. Lerici, a picturesque village on the sea can be easily reached by walking. The nearest sandy beaches with a beautiful blue sea, are a 3 minute drive or a twenty minute walk. And just twenty minutes drive is also Carrara with the beautiful white marble quarries, famous throughout the world; the caves that you can visit with beautiful trips.

Nice surroundings, veranda/a little yard with the wild life just around the corner - birds singing. New bathroom and most of the facilities. Down sides - noisy neighbours, noisy road just under the window. Not so comfy double bed - needs to be replaced (squeaky). Unpleasant smell daily (toilet) - why we don't know.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Größe und Ausstattung grundsätzlich für 2 Personen sehr schön. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten war toll für den Hund (Kunstrasen!)Die Mahlzeiten auf der Terasse haben wir sehr genossen und der eigene Parkplatz ist auch super.Auch toll ist die kostenlose Waschmaschine.Uns fehlte allerdings das eine oder andere an Küchenausstattung ( "gute" scharfe Messer, Kaffeemaschine, Gemüse-/Käseraspel, nur 1 Weinglas, Deckel für großen Topf...) da wir fast täglich kochen.Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehsender.Leider war es oft recht laut, durch die Lage an der Straße, die Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster und einen Hund in der Anlage, der stundenlang durchgehend jaulte.Ich hoffe dass hört sich jetzt nicht zu negativ an....Alles in allem hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles stimmig und neu. Da ist nichts zusammen gewürfelt. Bei Fragen hat uns Alessandro schnell weitergeholfen.Der Garten ist eingezäunt und war ideal für unseren Hund. Für Gassi gehen ist jedoch etwas ungünstig, da nur Straße. Die Wohnung ist etwss abseits, dass sollte jedem klar sein. Es gibt jedoch eine kostenlose Busverbinding.An den Strand fährt man 3 Minunten mit dem Auto. Zu Fuß ist es recht anstregend.Nach Lerici kann man nicht mit dem Auto fahren , da ZTL Zone. Man sollte darauf acht geben, ob "grün" ist.Der Strand von San Terenzo ist bedeutend schöner als der in unmittrlbarer Nähe.

meraviglioso

L'appartamento era molto pulito. Il giardino è molto ben curato. È situato in una posizione molto tranquilla sopra Lerici. Una macchina non è assolutamente necessaria. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi: lo shopping o la spiaggia. Il nostro ospite, Alessandro, era a nostra disposizione in qualsiasi momento. Conosce una risposta ad ogni domanda. Ci piacerebbe tornare da li. Era così bello.

C’était parfait

Logement très agréable et bien équipé, très propre et le petit jardin fleuri, est bien entretenu Alessandro est venu nous chercher car malgré nos 2 gps nous étions perdus 😞 Un chemin de 30 mn à pied nous amène vers la ville sans prendre la voiture. Un parking gratuit est compris avec le logement. Je recommande vivement cette location .

Prima appartement, gehorige buurt

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad, de ietwat afgelegen locatie was niet erg omdat er een gratis bus is. De groene lijn brengt je op verschillende plaatsen. Wat tegenviel was de directe omgeving van het appartement. Er rumoerig door mensen die al vroeg naar het werk gaan. De garagepoort maakte veel lawaai, en dat al heel vroeg. Verder ligt het appartement aan een weg, waarvan wij dachten, rustig en achteraf. Dat blijkt helaas niet zo te zijn. Er gaat veel verkeer over en daardoor zit je ook niet rustig buiten. Al met al een prima appartement, locatie vonden wij iets minder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schönes Appartement wie auf den Bildern, separater Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Alessandro wohnt in der Nähe und ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Lerici mit zahlreichen Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten zu Fuß für uns problemlos erreichbar, liegt allerdings ca. 150-200 Meter tiefer am Meer, die man auch wieder zurück muss. Größere Geschäfte in Sarzana, ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Insgesamt schöne Tage dort verbracht und nichts zu beanstanden!

Immer wieder gern

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen. Parkplätze sind immer ein Problem, aber die Wohnung ist super und für unseren Mops war sie auch ideal, besonders durch den schönen Garten. Danke, Allessandro.

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, la posizione meravigliosa, immersa nel verde ma ad un paio di minuti di macchina dal centro e dalle spiagge o 20 minuti a piedi. Alessandro è stato puntuale, cortese e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e sicuramente se torneremo ci appoggeremo di nuovo a lui.

Ottima esperienza!

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 giorni in questo appartamento. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento è ampio, luminoso e dotato di ogni confort. Ha un bel terrazzino dove poter mangiare e un piccolo e grazioso giardinetto. Alessandro è stato molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi domanda ed esigenza. Se in un futuro dovessimo tornare ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a lui.

La descrizione dell'appartamento contenuta nell'annuncio corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Ci sono stati consegnati locali puliti, ordinati, con arredi nuovi. Biancheria da bagno e da letto assolutamente ok. Cucina funzionale, nuova e ben attrezzata. Il parcheggio, con posto sempre libero, per l'auto è a poche decine di metri, in area riservata (occorre percorrere una salita abbastanza ripida per raggiungerlo). In auto, il mare si raggiunge effettivamente in pochi minuti, poi il problema è parcheggiare l'auto, cosa abbastanza complicata nei mesi estivi. Dalla casa, Lerici si raggiunge in circa mezz'ora. Il rientro è abbastanza faticoso perchè in salita, ma lungo il percorso ci sono scorsi di rara bellezza. Soluzione adatta per una coppia giovane o per una famiglia di tre persone.

Casa molto carina e accogliente. Un po' lontano dal centro a piedi, per muoversi serve sempre la macchina. Attenti però ai parcheggi che costano 2.50 l'ora. La sera fa un po' freddino. Casa già attrezzata con padelle, bicchieri..... Parcheggio a due secondi in salita. Persona cordiale.

Casetta indipendente arredata in modo semplice e con gusto, in cui non manca propio nulla! Piccolo giardino adatto per chi possiede un cagnolino! La casa situata a pochi km dal mare raggiungibile in cinque minuti di macchina di trova in mezzo al verde, ci ritornerei più che volentieri!Propietario molto gentile e disponibile !
