Apartment 'Lerici - Aunt's Little Terrace' with Balcony

In the heart of Lerici, in one of its historic squares known locally as “Piaseo,” where cannons and culverins were once forged for Corsica, you’ll find this welcoming apartment, ideal for young couples.



To reach the apartment from the “Piaseo,” you must climb four flights of typical Ligurian stairs, which are steep and have high steps. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by a homely atmosphere.



Immediately to the left is a spacious double bedroom, with the option to separate the beds. The room features a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a fan. A large window fills the room with light and offers a view of the characteristic narrow streets, as well as a glimpse of Lerici Castle.



To access the kitchen from the bedroom, a few marble steps lead up. The dining area includes a classic kitchen with four burners, an oven, a small fridge, and a round table with four chairs. The kitchen window overlooks the harbor, bathing the room in beautiful sunset light. On the opposite side, a French door opens onto a charming balcony facing the “Piaseo.” From this privileged spot, you can watch village life, listen to cheerful chatter, and enjoy views of the hills and the vibrant red rooftops.



The balcony is furnished with a table and two outdoor chairs. Three more marble steps lead to the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and curtain. The apartment does not have heating.
