Hello all,
This is newly remodeled estate home in 2021, and located in the heart of San Diego. 18 minutes to San Diego downtown, 24 minutes to Sea world, and 19 minutes to San Diego's Zoo.

Two story home located on a cul-de-sac with easy access to the 125 freeway. This home features an upstairs Main Suite, a Downstairs Main Bedroom, and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The home boasts a two car garage, with a kitchen that opens up to a large patio and spacious yard.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Absolutely No parties or events are allowed.
2. Absolutely No smoking on the premises.
3. Absolutely No drugs use on the premises.
4. Absolutely No burning candles or incense.
5. In respect to our neighbors, please do not make loud noises after 9:00 PM on weekdays and after 10:00PM on weekend.

For items inside the Owner’s control, Owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest’s responsibility to notify Owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems Owner is able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe.

Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems cause by actions of Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Owner of any problems.

Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming all the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

· We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance for extenuating circumstances.

· By booking this space you are agreeing to these house rules.

Kitchen was great had everything we needed. The whole house was clean. Refrigerator was huge and extremely clean. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Just a suggestion you might want to include tissues.

I stayed in this gorgeous home with my family. It was clean and smelled wonderful. The host was a great communicator. My only critiques are I wish there were more than one tv (especially one in the upstairs bedroom) and instructions how to run upstairs split. Fantastic place!

Second time to San Diego and second time staying at this property. While it may not be central to all the San Diego "things to do" it was still a quick enough drive to enjoy everything. This property is clean and roomy. Great for a larger family.

Ok for the price, but some issues

My husband & I were visiting due to a death in the family. We wanted a clean, comfortable, quiet house, with a king size bed; this mostly fit the bill, but had some issues. The positive: large house, with at least 4 bedrooms, it would be perfect for big families. Quiet neighborhood, house located on a cul-de-sac. Room for 2 car Problems: we specifically chose the house for its location & king size bed (a necessity for us). The only king bed is in the upstairs master bedroom (there’s a downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed). Upstairs was much hotter than downstairs, we woke up sweating a few times. The upstairs bathroom has no blinds & anyone on the street or in neighboring houses could see in! The host told us there was nothing to be done about that. We found a candy wrapper under the bed. There is a washing machine and dryer, but no laundry detergent or supplies. The owner told us laundry supplies are not provided, I found this surprising. The living room furniture was not very comfortable, it was not pleasant to sit and relax in there. The kitchen had a lot of basics, and the host kindly provided some bottled water and some single serving bags of snacks, as well as coffee and green tea. There was no tea kettle (my husband and I only drink tea), but there were a couple of pots and pans. This was okay for us, but I’m not sure how a big family would manage with so little cookware. I didn’t count the plates or cutlery, but there was not a lot provided.

This is a good property with family to stay especially if you have kids. It has four rooms and seperate full size bathroom. It is clean and nice. The property owner response the message in a quick time manner.We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful Inside

The house is nicely done inside! The rooms were all equipped with sheets and a blanket. There were enough hand towels and bath towels for all our guests, but no wash clothes. The ac works amazing downstairs, but the upstairs gets rather warm. There is a fan, but it doesn’t cool the room down. We had to turn the ac way down which made it very cold downstairs. There were no extra blankets to use for those that were cold. The kitchen is a nice size, equipped with minimal necessary supplies. There were plenty of plates, cups, utensils etc. Cooking can a challenge without measuring spoons, measuring cups, spatula. We struggled making pancakes one morning without these items! Overall our stay was perfect for what we needed. It’s about 20 minutes away from everything without traffic.

Photos don't do it justice. Beautiful property with an amazing patio. Our family stayed for a week for our son's Marine boot camp graduation and to have a little vacation and this was perfect . Minh was great on communication. Check in was easy. When we come back to San Diego (and trust me, we will. We fell in love.) We'll try to book here again. Thank you!!
