Curious as to why guests are required to wait at check out till the front staff clears the room of any issues with the housekeeping teams. After having stayed in many 5 star facilities that don’t practice this was made to feel as though they are checking if any room issues or other amenities taken. Might be worth considering

It’s a great hotel to stay at. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are amazing and can’t help enough. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and different everyday. We really recommend this place to everyone. We will be back .
