Around various paths for walks that lead to Lake Ledro 1.2 km away near the Palafitte.È a valley that offers many holiday solutions. From the quiet on the lake to walks in the mountains from those with no difficulty to those complex for real climbers. The refuges serve typical dishes with cheap prices. Osterurlaub

Wir waren im Kurzurlaub mit unserem SchĂ€ferhundwelpen ĂŒber Ostern dort. Die Vermieter (Emilia und ihr Mann) sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal! Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern sehr schön. Alles mit Fußbodenheizung. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden und man könnte auch WĂ€sche dort komfortabel waschen. Der kleine eingezĂ€unte Vorgarten eignet sich perfekt fĂŒr Haustiere. Die Lage ist fĂŒr Naturfreunde traumhaft. (sehr ruhig)Sehr schöner Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Zum See und zur Pizzaria lĂ€uft man ca. 15-20 Minuten.Wir kommen gerne wieder. 10/10 SternenPeter und Anja aus dem Erzgebirge

Lo chalet Ăš piccolino ma molto accogliente, perfettamente funzionale e di grande charme, assolutamente fedele all'annuncio. L'host Ăš molto gentile, disponibile e non invadente. La location e il lago di Ledro sono stati una piacevolissima sorpresa e ci torneremo senza'altro.

Una bomboniera!!!

Cercavamo relax e qui l'abbiamo trovato. I nostri cuccioli si sono divertiti negli ampi spazi verdi che circondano la casa, stupenda, che rispecchia le foto alla perfezione, dotata di ogni confort. Host gentilissimi e disponibili. Torneremo!!! disponibilissimi. Torneremo!!!

Bedingt zufrieden

Die kleine HĂŒtte am Waldrand, die wir im Oktober fĂŒr 10 Tage gemietet haben, wird Ihrem Namen wirklich gerecht. Das Appartement, gelegen im UG, vermittelt durch seine rustikale Einrichtung mit viel Holz einen gemĂŒtlichen Charme. Die Liebe zum Detail ist hier klar zu erkennen, was das Ambiente angenehm und wohnlich macht. Allerdings sei angemerkt, dass es sich tatsĂ€chlich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt. Tageslicht ist nur durch die kleinen Kellerfenster spĂ€rlich vorhanden, weshalb der Großteil des Tages mit kĂŒnstlicher Beleuchtung verbracht wird. Dies gibt dem Aufenthalt einen etwas dĂŒsteren und bedrĂŒckenden Charakter. Mit einer GrĂ¶ĂŸe von etwa 28 qm, ist der Platz sehr begrenzt, insbesondere da ein Teil der Wohnung durch die geringe Raumhöhe von nur 1,63 m kaum nutzbar ist. Dennoch ist der kombinierte Schlaf-, Koch- und Essbereich funktional gestaltet. Ein Punkt, der besonders auffĂ€llt, ist die Hellhörigkeit des Appartements. GerĂ€usche aus der darĂŒberliegenden Wohnung sind deutlich zu hören, was gelegentlich störend sein kann. Auch der defekte GeschirrspĂŒler trugen nicht unbedingt zum Komfort bei. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, was bei unserer Ankunft sofort ins Auge stach. Obwohl der Garten vor dem Eingang eher klein ist und die Grillstelle auf der gegenĂŒberliegenden Straßenseite liegt, bietet die HĂŒtte eine gewisse Einfachheit. Ansprechend fĂŒr Minimalisten die eine einfache und naturnahe Unterkunft suchen.

Absolut ruhig

Wir waren erst enttĂ€uscht, dass die Unterkunft nicht wie in der Karte eingezeichnet in der NĂ€he des Sees lag, sondern Hausnummer 47 ca. 2km und ca. 100 Höhenmeter vom See entfernt. DafĂŒr wurden wir jedoch mit einer sehr niedlichen und liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft belohnt. Die kleine Terrasse ist eingezĂ€unt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Direkt ggĂŒ. steht eine große Wiese mit Grillplatz zur VerfĂŒgung. Zum Essen abends sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren oder haben selbst gekocht. Emiliana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns auch mit Restauranttipps versorgte. Wer Ruhe fernab vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Man kann von dort aus auch direkt loswandern.

Erholsames Wochenende

Sehr entspanntes Wochenende - sehr ruhige Lage, perfekt fĂŒr ein ruhigen Aufenthalt. Riva del Garda ist circa 20 Minuten entfernt, so ist der Trubel nicht weit entfernt, sollte man unterm Tag was unternehmen wollen. Meine Hunde haben sich sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, da die Wohnung direkt im grĂŒnen befindet, kann man da einen tollen Spaziergang unternehmen. Gerne wieder !

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll dekoriert und hat alles, was fĂŒr einen gelungenen Aufenthalt nötig ist. Alles ziemlich neu und gepflegt. Liegt traumhaft schön oberhalb von Molina total im GrĂŒnen. Morgens wird man vom Kuckuck und sonstigen Vogelgezwitscher empfangen. Emiliana ist eine sehr reizende Person und macht die Übergabe persönlich! FĂŒr mich und meine beiden Hunde (eigener eingezĂ€unter Bereich direkt vor der Wohnung) waren es 10 total schöne Tage!

Ruhe und Erholung!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt bei Emiliana. Trotz schlechtem Wetter haben wir jede Sekunde genossen, der Kamin am Abend war super romantisch und gemĂŒtlich. Unterkunft absolut Hundefreundlich mit umzĂ€unten GrundstĂŒck und zusĂ€tzlich Riesen GrĂŒnflĂ€che und Spazierwege direkt vor der HaustĂŒr! Gelungener Kurzurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Einziger Nachteil: das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Lage wunderbar wer gerne zu Fuß oder mit dem Bike unterwegs ist. Sehr herzlich eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Ankommen und WohlfĂŒhlen ist hier absolut gegeben.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, nur die Obermieter hatte man stĂ€ndig gehört was auf der Dauer sehr störend war. Auch nach dem wechseln der Mieter wurde es leider nicht besser, so das wir 4 Tage frĂŒher nach Hause gefahren sind. Wir wollten im Urlaub unbedingt mal ausschlafen. Sonst hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Urige kleine Kellerwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen :) Auf den Bildern ist es nicht gut zu erkennen, dass die Wohnung im Kellergeschoss liegt. DarĂŒber befindet sich noch eine Ferienwohnung, ebenso wie daneben. Die WĂ€nde sind etwas hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber fĂŒr 2 Leute ausreichend. Außer morgens ist es in der Wohnung recht dunkel, aber meistens waren wir sowieso unterwegs. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft! Direkt am Waldrand, umgeben von satten Wiesen, die im Mai ein wahres BlĂŒtenmeer waren. Draußen hat man Blick auf die Berge, man ist weit genug vom Dorf weg, dass man den AutolĂ€rm nicht hört. Wer Ruhe in der Natur sucht, abseits vom Trubel des Gardasees, dem können wir diese Wohnung bestens empfehlen :)

Natur Pur und ein perfektes Home

Kontaktaufnahme und Treffen zur SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe vorbildlich. Objekt mit allem ausgestattet. Ein Kamin macht die AtmosphĂ€re perfekt. Eine wundervolle Umgebung lĂ€dt zu stundenlangen Wanderungen ein. FĂŒr unseren 4 Beiner waren eingezĂ€unte Gartenbereiche direkt am Haus. Eine tolle Woche!
