Mixed opinions

The apartment was clean and comfortable but there were a few issues with wifi etc. We found staff to be rude and communication was poor. Be very careful when booking as we booked for 3 people however were told that hadn’t come through on their system and were charged for a third person upon arrival, this seemed to be happening to other people too. Extra charges seemed common.

le logement en lui même est bien, grand, confortable, propre ; par contre, l'accès (transmission des codes) a été compliqué, il n'y a pas de volets, seulement des rideaux mais pas opaques pour dormir ce n'est pas idéal et, c'était bruyant à cause d'autres locataires.

Appartement correct

Nous n'avons jamais reçu le mail avec les codes d'accès pour la grille et la chambre, heureusement en téléphonant au numéro général à l'aide d'un autre vacancier italien, nous avons reçu le code de la chambre par téléphone. Etat de l'appartement correct, lavé après chaque départ. Il y a la climatisation, une machine à laver et un séchoir. Ambiance de la cour correct en fonction des autres vacanciers, certains respectent le silence d'autres non... Si vous n'aimez pas dormir avec de la lumière, je vous conseille de vous munir d'un masque de nuit car la cour reste éclairée toute la nuit. Il y a un parking public en face de l'immeuble, premier arrivé, premier servi. Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en couple.

Uniche nota positiva tranquillità nella struttura. Note dolenti : organizzazione assente nel dopo check-in. Assistiti poco, solo al telefono e in maniera completamente scortese. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 con dotazione di asciugamani e lenzuola insufficienti. Solo due letti erano stati approntati. Climatizzatori non funzionanti. Una struttura simile non può essere gestita in modo approssimativo e poco professionale.
