I’ve stayed at the is hotel a few times. This time was a rough experience. For one they are doing heavy construction/remodel while remaining open. The problem with this is the considerable amount of concrete/drywall dust in the air. My eyes were burning for the entire night after sitting in the lobby for more than 20 minutes while issues were resolved with my booking. The hostess did off me a mask the second time I came down. The toddler with me had developed a severe cough overnight and likely an infection. Concrete dust has a high silica content and is very irritating to your lungs and eyes. I have also developed hives over my hands and arms likely due to coming in contact the dust on the desk. In addition to the issues with check in and dust there was no breakfast or business center available. No compensation was offered. I will say the hostess was polite.
