Basic room was clean and sufficient. Disappointed that the pool was closed on a day when temperatures were in the high 80’s. Breakfast was nice. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly.

I was given pass key to room already occupied. Second room keys did not work. Next set of pass keys, 1 worked. Dead roach in room, 4 small roaches in bath tub that had water standing in it. Room furniture was very uncomfortable. For the price I paid for room, it could have been much better.

We had a bit of a glitch when we got to our room and the lavatory wouldn’t drain. We let the front desk know and we were moved to another room immediately. No other problems. The breakfast was good.

Our suite was a real suite. It had 2 rooms, 2 TVs and two air conditioners. Our car was right outside our suite. That is so much easier than loading luggage on a cart and walking a long hallway.
