There is no hot water. Warm water is the best you are going to get. The mattress was wore out and had no support in the middle of the bed. The top sheet had a burn hole from what looks to be a cigarette in my non smoking room. There was no soap in the room, you have to provide all toiletries.

The room was clean. We stay there every time we come to Kerrville. The lady at the front office is very kind.
