Located above the hills near Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, and Nice, the villa offers a tranquil atmosphere and stunning views, making it the perfect base for exploring the rich history of the South of France.

Villa Belle Vue is a year-round rental villa in the South of France, offering modern and well-appointed facilities. With an outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace boasting expansive views, it is an ideal choice for family holidays. Whether you're a hiker, film enthusiast, mountain biker, or car enthusiast, this tastefully furnished villa caters to various interests. It also provides convenient access to the most beautiful areas of Nice and its stunning surroundings.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in the main house, while an additional self-contained flat beneath the main house can accommodate 4 more people.

The main house features 3 double bedrooms, with the option to add a single bed in one of the rooms. There are 2 bathrooms, including one en-suite, and 3 toilets for convenience. The house also boasts a spacious open-plan modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as comfortable living and indoor dining areas. Outside, there is a gas BBQ, a sun terrace with a table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a 9m x 5m above-ground pool (not heated, unavailable in low season). The private garden offers sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas, and an astro turf area for relaxation or play. Additionally, ample secure off-road parking is available, with space for at least 4 cars.

Modernised and refurbished, the interior of Villa Belle Vue is a delightful contrast to it’s beautiful rustic stone exterior.
Each room is fitted with climate control making the Villa cosy in winter and cool in the summer months.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

In addition to the main house, there is an optional self-contained ground floor apartment available. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. It is important to note that while the apartment is suitable for individuals with restricted mobility, it is not fully wheelchair accessible. The house rules for the property include no smoking, no parties, and no pets.

The fully equipped kitchen in the villa is a joy to cook in. It features high-spec electric hob and ovens, offering precise heat control. The upright fridge freezer provides ample space for storing fresh local produce and fine wines. The fitted cupboards discreetly house a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine for added convenience.

Le Rouret
Situated in Le Rouret, our luxury villa rental provides an excellent base for exploring the enchanting Côte d'Azur and Grasse, renowned as the perfume capital of the world. Le Rouret itself is a delightful Provencal village, showcasing the region's charm with its traditional bakers, cheese shops, grocery stores, fishmongers, flower shops, chemists, and a beautiful church. It is the perfect destination to uncover the captivating allure of our remarkable region and enjoy a rejuvenating holiday. The village is known for its outstanding dining options, including the Michelin-starred Le Clos St Pierre and the Bistro du Clos, both owned by the same group and open for breakfast. Additionally, there is a fantastic pizzeria, Indian restaurant, and supermarket within a convenient 5-minute drive. For golf enthusiasts, the area offers numerous golf courses to indulge in the sport.
