Le personnel de l’hôtel a pour ambition de vous vendre le maximum de services et prestations dès votre entrée dans l'établissement! (Après un "Bonjour, bienvenue" tout de même)!! Les 2 nuits passées notre fenêtre donnée sur la rue et nous avons été dérangé par des bruits intempestifs de personne en fête. C'est un client de l'hôtel qui a dû faire la police!!! Enfin comme dernier désagrément, nous avons été réveillé après la 1ère nuit vers 8h15 du matin par l'allumage de la télévision!! Pour un 5 étoiles, je pense que le niveau de services n'était clairement pas au Rdv.
