Vue magnifique

TrÚs joli appartement, inondé de lumiÚre et disposant d'une terrasse protégée avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Toutes les piÚces sont trÚs agréables. A noter toutefois pour les personnes ùgées ou jeunes enfants : les escaliers trÚs raides pour accéder à la chambre en mezzanine, et surtout pour en descendre (la marche arriÚre semble la meilleure option !). Les promenades sur la cÎte sauvage peuvent commencer en face de l'appartement. En bref, une semaine formidable !

Remarques objectives : emplacement et vue superbe, tranquillitĂ© absolue, logement vĂ©tuste, prise Ă©lectrique non fichĂ©e dans le mur, trace d’humiditĂ©, Ă©quipement cuisine un peu juste mais l’essentiel est prĂ©sent (la poĂȘle est inutilisable et doit ĂȘtre changĂ©e, la poubelle est Ă  changer car pĂ©dale cassĂ©e) Remarques subjectives : la vue est imprenable et magnifique mais le logement prĂ©sente Ă  mon goĂ»t beaucoup de dĂ©fauts qui doivent ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ©s pour mettre le prix en adĂ©quation avec la qualitĂ© du logement

Appartement panoramique sur l ocean

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la situation idyllique de cet appartement la vue Ă  180* sur l ocĂ©an en est l atout majeur mais comment expliquer l inexistence d une connexion internet dans cette location de standing ? Surtout que la 4G passe trĂšs irrĂ©guliĂšrement. Certains travaux doivent ĂȘtre faits prochainement car nous avons peu apprĂ©ciĂ© que la porte de la salle de bains et wc ne ferme pas, de plus cette piĂšce donne directement sur le salon! Une rĂ©paration, mĂȘme de fortune aurait Ă©tĂ© la bienvenue. Une seule poĂȘle en innox qui attache tous les aliments Ă  frire du coup ....on s en passe ! Ce ne sont que des petits details dĂ©sagrĂ©ables car le reste est tres adaptĂ©. En conclusion le sejour est rĂ©ussi et c est une belle dĂ©couverte.

Es handelt sich um eine einfach ausgestattete ETW. Der Zugang zur Hochebene mit der Treppe zum 2. Bett ist sehr steil und es fehlt an einer ausreichenden Eintrittsöffnung in der Luke keine Kopffreiheit. Obe keine Ablage fĂŒr Kleidung. Entfernung zum Ort 1.7 km, Cote Sauvage direkt vor der TĂŒr,großartiges Panorama. Badebuchten recht nahe zugĂ€nglich.

Séjour formidable dans cet agréable appartement face à l'océan!

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, agréable à vivre avec une vue à 180 degrés sur l'océan! Une terrasse trÚs bien exposée face à l'océan pour y manger et y boire l'apéritif dans un cadre magique! Le sentier des douaniers passe devant l'appartement pour des promenades magnifiques le long de la cÎte sauvage!

Joli appartement avec vue splendide mais...

L'appartement est trÚs bien situé et ses baies vitrées donnent sur la magnifique cÎte sauvage du Croisic. Mais en hiver il faut prévoir gros pulls et chaussons car la piÚce principale est en cathédrale et les radiateurs électriques ne permettent pas de la chauffer correctement. D'autant que le vent s'infiltre par les baies. L'électricité et l'eau sont à régler en fin de séjour.

Nous venons de passer une agrĂ©able semaine dans cet appartement particuliĂšrement bien placĂ© au bord de la cĂŽte sauvage. Lumineux, fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©, ce fut un bonheur de sĂ©journer dans cet appartement. Nous avons reçu un trĂšs bon accueil. Il y a plein de belles balades Ă  faire dans les environs tant Ă  pied qu’à vĂ©lo ou en voiture. Et « cerise sur le gĂąteau » il a fait un temps d’étĂ© ! Nous reviendrons volontiers....

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das sehr hĂŒbsche Apartment war genau so wie beschrieben, der Meerblick herrlich, und die SonnenuntergĂ€nge vom Wohnzimmer aus zu sehen. Die Einrichtung war vollstĂ€ndig und funktional. Sehr sympathische EigentĂŒmerin, die sich perfekt um alles (SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe, ErklĂ€rung, wie was funktioniert, RĂŒckgabe der Kaution etc.) gekĂŒmmert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Französische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, die Vertragsabwicklung und die Kommunikation lĂ€uft komplett auf Französisch.
