I had booked 2 double rooms. They confirmed one and only after I said something did they see their error. The place is Noisy! No sound resistance AT ALL. I heard the guy next door singing in the bathroom. Every door slammed . Laundry room coin dispenser (who uses coin dispensers anymore???) empty of laundry soap and front desk had none. So, I got to drive to Walgreens at 6am in 30 degree weather. Luckily I had a rental car otherwise I would’ve had to walk in the dark. I checked in on Monday and on Wednesday the noisiest people EVER checked into the room above mine. (I was in 327 in case those people read this. You need to control your children) Continuous Stomping, running back and forth. I complained twice and even played a recording of the herd above and was told they could move me. When they should’ve moved the people who only JUST checked in. The guy at the front desk to whom I complained said he’d call those guests but the noise continued. So either there was no call or those people don’t care about anyone but themselves. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it.
