Random people that didnt stay at the hotel would come up and sit on the back patio and drink and smoke while our kids were trying to swim. The pool was very dirty. The grounds around the pool and chairs were very dirty. Black mold in the bathroom and sticky floors. The room smelled like dog pee. Staff got mad when we asked to move rooms with 3 small children and the safety hazards of mold and animal hair/pee on the floor. Staff gave us looks and even had someone said, "you're those people" from behind the main desk. When to the desk to ask for something to be printing and asked, "what now?" From the receptionist after obtaining a new room. Overall would not stay here again. Sad that this is one of the better hotels in that town and still not good at all.

Front desk professed to own only one luggage cart which they "had not seen in a few days. Had to make a few trips to get all of ours in. Once You get past the updated lobbty area it is all old. Looked like some mold in the shower.

Room didn't get cleaned had to request it and when it did get cleaned dirty wash clothes and hand towels were not taken. The bathroom floor had dirty boot prints from prior guests. They wouldn't honor my honors rewards. The whole experience was not what I would expect or hope for as we pay a decent price for the room. I don't think I will return.
