The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The cleanliness was very good! But the hotel did need some updating on the paint and little things like that. But overall our stay was nice. And comfortable.

We had a few hiccups when checking in but the staff particularly Zoe was great she was sweet, helpful, and did all she needed to in order to make everything easier and better, her patience is immeasurable! The property was clean our room was extremely clean! Only complaint we have is the fact that the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows they give I say aren't even pillows anymore lol but other than that we had a wonderful stay!

The check in staff was very nice but the room was horrible. When I first walked into the room there was such a strong smell, like someone used a whole can of air freshener. There was grass, dirt and rocks all over the carpet when I walked in. I called the front desk to have them send someone to vacuum ( which they did). There was a nasty spot on the couch too that wasn't cleaned. It was as if no one cleaned this room. That night when I went to take a shower, there was shampoo and conditioner all over the shower walls from the previous person. The bottom of the bathtub so so slick that I almost fell getting in. There is hardly any water pressure either. It was like someone used furniture spray on it. One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work either. The curtains in the room was disgusting. I had stayed at this location the weekend prior on a different floor and it was great but this visit was so bad that I doubt I'll stay again.

Went to Oklahoma to visit my brother who was in the Army. I chose this hotel because it is close to the base and it had good ratings. I guess we were the unfortunate ones who didn’t have a good experience. As soon as we went into our room, a roach on the door. I killed it and threw it out, then I continued to unpack and my son says: Mom, there’s a bug on the wall. I go to check it out and Roach #2. Killed it and threw it out. Now I’m feeling uncomfortable. I go downstairs and tell them if I can have another room, she says that they’re completely booked. I tell them, then I will have to check out and ask for a refund, she says she can’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. The only thing they were able to do was call the housekeeper to clean our room. That made me feel alittle better but I still felt uneasy. I made sure to check the beds before we slept on it. Didn’t see anything, thank goodness. We were there for a short time which was good but if we have to return to Oklahoma, then it would be to another hotel
