I stay at a lot of places for my work. This one is slightly above average unless you want to gamble. Then I guess it's top notch being at the Casino. For those who just need a place to sleep it can get rowdy on the weekends. No bugs, 4th floor is for smokers. You will know as soon as you step off the elevator. But if you smoke I guess it's awesome not having to stand outside in the cold.

This is their third year. I have stayed at this hotel on the very same weekend and it’s the same thing every time. You cannot check until 4 PM. Not 358 not 359 but at 4 PM. So you have 30+ people waiting in line for the clock to strike four and then it creates nothing but stress for the workers as well as the guest. Help me make this makes sense because it drives me crazy.

Dirty bathroom- then found out in the morning no hot water … none . Told the front desk… no offer for credit or refund. Smoke “free” room includes smoke smell and a horrible taste in your mouth when you wake up. I should have slept in my car. The second star I gave them was for me leaving and never coming back.

We were not offered a menu for the breakfast. Nor was there one in our room. Also they did not come in to offer us fresh towels and pick up trash. Very disappointed especially having to pay extra for the coffee and water? Didnt make sense. Will not stay there again.

The room was horrible. TV out of date, remote didn't work, staff was rude and acted like their job made them miserable. Hollywood Grind was the same. Out of product and staff rude. Only highlight was Final Cut. That experience was phenomenal.

The room temperature was Freezing!!! We do understand that it was a VERY VERY cold few days. But no matter what we turned the heat to it NEVER maintened that temperature - NEVER 😫 Also, we received an email asking us how breakfast was - news to us - we were NEVER told about a breakfast. WE HAVE BOTH BEEN SICK SINCE WE STAYED THERE---THANKS

Casino and rooms were clean, with the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. The access between hotel and casino floor is not user friendly to folks with physical disabilities. A shuttle service via bus or even golf cart would be a huge improvement, as would valet at the hotel. Was a disappointing stay; physically exhausting and bummed after 3 solid days of losing, losing, losing. My biggest hit on $.40 bet of 180 free games netted me $11.20 Casino machines were the tightest we've ever seen them. Spent our Christmas escape here at Hollywood Casino Dec 23rd-26th. We've had numerous stays here before, but quite possibly this being the last. Getting older with physical disabilities, getting back & forth from the hotel to the casino floor was a real challenge. Being unable to walk up/down inclines means either: having to walk the opposite direction to the parking garage to use the skywalk. OR Drive over, pay for valet and then re-park down the street at the hotel because the parking lot is full. Seemed like over a mile of walking just to get there and back.

Carpet was dirty. It was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but that wasn’t received. I asked for clean towels from a housekeeper in the hallway and she said I guess and I said never mind. I’ll just go to the front desk. All other staff was friendly. I did not get her name. Breakfast was ok. It was warm, but it wasn’t hot and the price I thought was a little high, but it was a casino so you get what you get.
