The lady at reception wasn't very friendly. We then had to move rooms because there was hair in the bathroom, toilet, and shower. The other room didn't have curtains and the carpet was dirty. It was a very bad experience, and we had to stay at the hotel for a few nights.

Every amenity you enjoy at other Hyatt hotels came at an upcharge here. Breakfast, upcharge. Internet, upcharge. Cast to the tv, upcharge. Daily wait for coffee in the room, had to go to the front desk because it wasn’t restocked (upcharge). No restocked coffee. Had to request Toilette paper on the third day, never restocked… but that at least wasn’t an upcharge. This would have been a five star stay, but the need to drain you for every little thing… it’s not worth it. I can stay in Cincinnati for a little bit more per night and get alot more included in my stay without upcharge.

Nice

Rooms are much cleaner than other hotels in the area. We have stayed here twice and would stay again. Nice river walk. Plenty of sitting areas.

Couple get away

My wife Jo and I were on a couples get a away. Got to have a romantic weekend and the river front veiw and a wonderful meal in your restaurant. Your hotel made us feel special.

I was happy with the room. It was affordable and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was a walk-in. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. It was hard to rinse the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair, it took forever. I would stay here again. I came late and left early, I would have liked to check out the area surrounding the hotel. I heard some great music coming from a bar down the street, just didn't have time to check it out. Looks like a great area to explore.

Don’t like not having the shuttle service. That was one of service that drew me to the facility. Hotel is not as clean as it use to be. Lightning in the rooms are terrible TV’s are too small and the picture is dark.
