Convenient location : close to the train station of Lausanne, walkable to the lake Leman, close to the subway to the City Center, vibrant district with restaurants, 2 groceries, boutiques and bakery. The apartment is clean, quiet, furnished with small kitchen and ustensiles. One thing is missing is the air conditioning. The fan is not enough for cooling at night during summer.

Fair but I would not come back or recommend

Our stay was reasonable with quite some lowlights. Check-in / check-out was not a good experience since we did not receive the access code and it expired on the day of the check so we were literally locked outside, delaying our check-out and departure.

The stay was excellent with well equipped kitchen which gives you a cheaper option than eating out. Parking was a bit complicated and expensive and as the apartment block is built with underground parking I think that it should be included in the price.

Check-in process was a bit stressful - they send an email asking for your passport copy only the day before you arrive and will provide the access only after you send it - so if you miss that email you will be stuck. They also came to check the apartment already after 15.00 - the check in time. There is no lock on the door inside the apartment - so for the rest of the time you just hope no one else decided to unexpectedly come check the apartment. Also the check out time is 10.00 which is a bit unusually early.
