Da wir nur eine Nacht ĂŒbernachten wollten, dachte ich mir so schlimm kann es nicht sein, aber war es leider. Zimmer nur Hochbetten, kein eigenes Bad, nur Waschbecken vorhanden, Bett war wie ein Brett, BettwĂ€sche mussten man selber beziehen. Es hatte was von einem Stundenhotel. Rezeption war nett. Zum GlĂŒck habe ich kein FrĂŒhstĂŒck gebucht. Es gab nur Brot, Marmelade und einen Kaffeeautomaten. FĂŒr fast 100 € schon unverschĂ€mt.

L'arrivĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© un peu mouvementĂ© mais cela ne m'est pas de la faute de l'hĂŽtel je suis passĂ© par les plateformes qui n'a pas fait le nĂ©cessaire pour rĂ©server ma chambre je suis tombĂ© sur un jeune homme excellent et efficace qui va rĂ©gler le problĂšme en 5 5 et je la remercie car derriĂšre pour lui ce n'Ă©tait pas Ă©vident en plus qui avait un peu de monde dans l'hĂŽtel si vous ĂȘtes de passage arrĂȘtez-vous vous verrez par vous-mĂȘme pour ma part je le conseille

HĂŽtel Ă  Ă©viter !!!

ArrivĂ©e Ă  l’accueil, la personne me rĂ©pĂšte 3 fois que je n’ai pas PayĂ©, alors que j’avais rĂ©glĂ© ma rĂ©servation. A l’avance 
 puis sans excuse finit par retrouver mi paiement . J’avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple , Ă  l’ouverture de la chambre j’ai 3 petits lits superposĂ©s dont un , un matelas Ă  mĂȘme le sol , sans toilette et sans douche ! Je reviens vers la rĂ©ceptionniste qui me dit que ça n’est pas vrai et que c’est bien ce que j’ai rĂ©servĂ© sur la plate-forme . AprĂšs lui avoir Montre le mail de rĂ©servation , celle ci me dit que je suis agressive et Mal polie et que si je ne suis pas contente elle me rembourse trĂšs e et je n’ai qu’à aller voir ailleurs !!!! Je suis rassurĂ©e par le fait que nous sommes filmĂ©es et que la personne agressive et mal polie ça n’est pas Moi! Finalement , une autre chambre nous est proposĂ©e , tjs pas conforme Ă  la rĂ©servation initiale mais fatiguĂ©e de l’attitude de la rĂ©ceptionniste , nous nous installons. A notre retour du restaurant, nous nous rendons compte que la tĂ©lĂ©commande est abĂźmĂ©e et que la Tv ne fonctionne pas . Je reviens vers la rĂ©ceptionniste , qui fait face Ă  une troisiĂšme personne avec le mĂȘme problĂšme que nous . Cette fois ci beaucoup plus aimable , elle me propose de m’accompagner Ă  la chambre pour tester des tĂ©lĂ©commandes et rĂ©soudre le problĂšme de la Tv .

Hotel nickel et conforme en soit, mais on m'a fait payer deux fois le prix de la chambre, une fois sur le site pour valider ma réservation et une fois en arrivant sur place en m'assurant que je n'avais payé qu'une premiÚre partie en ligne. J'ai rapidement constaté l'erreur et la dame de l'accueil m'a tout de suite redirigée vers une adresse mail à contacter pour recevoir un remboursement, mais je suis sans nouvelles depuis maintenant deux semaines, malgré des relances. J'espÚre encore recevoir des nouvelles.
