All employees were pleasant and helpful from start to finish. Package delivered in advance was secured and retrieved without issue. Room was very nice and one issue we had was dealt with immediately. Would love to return in the future.

We’ve only had one acceptional worker at this hotel, everyone else gives a not so pleasant glare, well, specifically a check -in worker, not sharing names, but that person was behaving as if we where supposed to know every detail with managing a key card. They were giving a bored tone in their voice. Another staff there was also having a slightly bossy tone and assuming things. And a side note, tell us when the pool is open or closed, if there was a sign, I didn’t see it, I came to the pool three times, and only once was it open. So I only got to swim only once, when the goal was three. Also, I don’t think I would rate the conditions here very high. The showers with open doors is terrible, I had tons of water on the floor and nearly slipped. The one thing driving EVERYONE crazy, I’m speaking for everyone, who had to wait 10 minutes just to enter the elevator. Out of four elevators, two were working. A couple trying to return their room had to wait for over thirty minutes, while my family used the stairs, they couldn’t because of the suitcases. And when we returned because the pool was closed, the two people were still waiting sadly. Overall, this place needs a lot of fixing, hope this review helped!

They is this one worker named Oscar who was incredibly rude to me and my family.really can ruin an experience. Other than than that Las Vegas was a beautiful but hot place. The cleanliness was ok very average not that good but it’s cool.

It was a decent stay. Air conditioner system need upgraded. Had to change rooms 3 times and then had complication with the plumbing system. A young lady at the front desk accommodated me by removing 1 night of resort fees. Location was convenient for the events that were happening.

This resort needs a total renovation
I stayed at the Palms Resort and Casino last week in the Ivory Tower along with my best friend who also had her own suite. Immediately upon pulling up, we noticed that the exterior didn’t appear as it did online. It looked very dated and in need of some updates. As we entered, we were able to be greeted by some cool air but not enough to combat the 120-degree Vegas weather. Once checked in, we entered my suite to be greeted by warm air that was unfortunately at the max cooling temperature. The thermostats were very old and definitely in need of updating. We traveled back downstairs to the front desk and were told that there was a power outage a few days ago and that the AC just needed to catch up and give it another 30 minutes. Needless to say, that was a lie. The AC was the same for our entire duration and we had to purchase fans just to sleep during the night. The night before our check out, we spoke to the night shift manager on duty who was very nasty and accused us of refusing to allow an engineer to enter our rooms to fix the AC. We informed her that this was not offered to us and we were not aware of an engineer. She also confirmed that there was not a power outage and that we were lied to again. I will never stay at this resort again. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $200-300 and stay at another luxury resort because the Palms appears to be luxurious but it’s certainly not what appears to be online.

Paid advance month ago, been told no rooms available when arrived hotel, send us to other hotel by 2am, front desk say no rooms because we booked through third party Expedia. Meanwhile call Expedia customer service, they talk to front desk and no solution after all. That’s interesting.
