Was visiting with friends in town and had to stay one night at the Best Western. My wife left a bag in the closet and we didn't realize it until later in the day after checking out. Staff at the desk was wonderful and helped us to retrieve the bag. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was fine however way too expensive for what you get. I choose BW Plus because they usually have a good breakfast. This one was way below par....no decaf coffee, no hot water for tea, juice machine was out of order and there was no fruit. I will look elsewhere next time.

I was in town for my son's performance at NMHU and had to stay for the night. Montezuma Inn was so conveniently nearby that it took me only 3 minutes to get downtown. The pool and spa were the perfect relaxation at the end of the day. Thanks to the wonderful staff!
