Needs to be renovated

Washing machine door will not lock unless you slam it shut and then you have to hit it really hard to start. Door to balcony from the bedroom won’t shut properly and leaves a gap. No toilet roll holder. Damp sort of smell. Toilet door is rotting at the bottom. Some wall tiles are very loose. Silicone around shower base is mouldy.only thing going for it was it was very close to beach and restaurants etc. Very noisy when football or entertainment going on until midnight.
