The Rialto Hotel feels like a neglected property. There’s a strong smell of mold throughout, and although some areas were repainted, the job was poorly done with paint splatters on the wooden floors. The bathroom in room 310, in particular, looked more like a horror movie set than a guest facility.

It was good for the price. I did not like it that the rooms were hot when we got their. Air condition worked after it was turn on. For the price, it was a good stay. Would I stay their again, probably not.

This is an old property, always stay there when visiting my mom. The people are very nice, greeting you with a smile. Very clean and supplies are always available. Nice continental breakfast and good coffee. Love this Hotel and their people.... 😁

Basic hotel in historic building, at reasonable price. Service could be better. Checked late at night. Temperature outside was still over 90F and th room was very hot. AC was not on, so took a few minutes in the room for it to cool down some. A little thought about client comfort / service to turn the room AC ahead of time would have been great.

Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have was the bed. The mattress kept sliding around. It seems that it was on a board that caused it to slide.

First time staying at Rialto, checking was smooth, good food close the hotel. If you like burgers then Ala Burger is the place to go! Regarding to hotel, parking is great and safe, staff is nice, restaurant at hotel is great. I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Laredo. Thanks for a great stay Rialto.
